A day earlier, the health department reported 371,192 total positive tests and 5,642 total deaths.Iowa’s vaccine reporting was delayed due to computer issues that were also affecting other states. The health department said Tuesday that a hardware malfunction at the Mid Atlantic Data Center, which houses data for the Iowa Immunization Registry Information System, impacted accessibility for Iowa and multiple other states. The health department said the service has since been restored and the website will update around noon Wednesday.
